Job Summary
Welcome neighbors, coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and manage installation schedules while communicating updates and solving scheduling or product concerns proactively. Recommend additional solutions based on product knowledge to help neighbors safely enjoy towing and outdoor adventures. Partner with Installation, Product, and Video teams to coordinate installs, test fits, and educational content opportunities. Keep multiple appointments, projects, and communications organized with accurate documentation and timely follow-up. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall neighbor experience. Monday through Friday onsite work at $20-22 per hour.

- You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, dealership service advising, scheduling, automotive, RV, or trailer industries is helpful
