Job Summary
Guide customers through the buying process by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget. Present and demonstrate inventory with engaging test drives and detailed product knowledge. Achieve sales by meeting or surpassing monthly goals through transparent, customer-focused selling. Deliver a world-class experience from first handshake to final delivery. Leverage technology and team support to manage leads, follow up, and collaborate with sales and finance teammates. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, high school diploma, and 2+ years of automotive sales experience. Full-time rotating shifts with full-day Saturdays and a salary range of $115,000–$175,000.
Required Qualifications

- Must have the ability to pass a background check
- Must be available for full-day Saturdays
- Must be able to work rotating shifts (9 am - 6 pm, 12 pm - close)
