Vehicle Sales

Sells/leases new- and used-vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities include writing complete sales orders, processing paperwork per dealership policy, following up with leads, conducting test drives, explaining product performance and benefits, assisting customers in vehicle selection, and ensuring transportation needs are met. Emphasis on maintaining an owner follow-up system for repeat/referral business, pursuing prospect development, and upholding ethical, professional conduct. Requires knowledge of dealership training, product offerings, and up-to-date industry information; must obtain proper identification for test drives.
