Vehicle Quality Controller

Vehicle Quality Controller responsible for visually inspecting vehicles in line with job cards, identifying quality issues, and ensuring timely re-work with the workshop controller. Responsible for completing quality control documentation to AAR standards, meeting daily targets (e.g., 10 vehicles per day), adhering to BS10125 standards, coordinating with reception to ensure timely return of vehicles to customers, and maintaining health and safety compliance. Key activities include sign-off on vehicles moving through the bodyshop, liaising with workshop staff, and supporting the repair journey while upholding quality assurance throughout the process.
