Vehicle Production Technician IV

Vehicle Production Technician IV at Czinger Vehicles in Torrance, CA responsible for building current and future Czinger models to the highest standards of quality and performance within a structured, process-driven production system. You will follow detailed instructions, wear many hats to support other departments on site and in the field, keep your work area clean and presentable, and contribute to ongoing product and process improvements. The role requires experience with high-end vehicles, awareness of HV/LV electrical systems, suspension and chassis components, precise body gap and flush, proficiency with major hand tools, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Travel up to 10% is expected; overtime and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines. Must hold certified ASE Master technician, Top level Motorsport technician, or equivalent qualification. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential. Compensation is at the T04 level with an hourly rate of $46-$64/hour, plus benefits and incentives; E-Verify participation and commitment to equal employment opportunity are noted.
