Vehicle Patrol Security - Santa Ana

Greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival while providing directions and resolving inquiries promptly. Monitor building access to verify identification, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs. Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby to report suspicious activities and collaborate with security personnel. Respond immediately to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations. Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants to relay updates and ensure smooth operations.
