Job Summary
Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials. Carry out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish that meets manufacturer and internal quality requirements. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and wearing all provided PPE. Support the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations while planning workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales. Work skillfully under pressure with minimal supervision, carrying out all tasks in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- A strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
- vehicle paint spraying : 2 years (required)
- Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
- Work skillfully and safely under pressure
- Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Be flexible in your approach
- Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind

- You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy

- ATA or Level 3 qualified in Paint
