Job Summary
Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types by carrying out work in a safe and economical manner. Observe, recognise, and report on vehicle structure and paintwork while interpreting and implementing technical instruction data. Accurately use paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment to attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair/paint times. Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards when returned to customers.
Required Qualifications
- ATA / NVQ level 3
- Good Communication skills
- Good Decision Making/Problem solving skills
- Good H&S knowledge/awareness
- Good Time management skills
- Relevant industry experience
- time served as a repair technician
