Job Summary
Oversee Vehicle Service Associates (VSA) productivity and workflow; lead huddles to set daily goals, ensure a well-stocked and clean site, monitor lot flow, coach and develop staff, and coordinate training and onboarding with Vehicle Ops leadership. Responsible for adherence to standard procedures, quality checks, and KPI achievement through team execution, delegation, and proactive supervision of Conveyor Belt operations and vehicle movement. Build and sustain effective cross-functional collaboration, communicate priorities, and drive continuous improvement in operations and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4+ years in an operations role, preferably with increased responsibility
- Working knowledge of operational / maintenance logistics or transportation
- Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to delegate effectively
- Must be able to collaborate between interdepartmental teams
- Must have strong time management skills
- Must be adaptable and flexible, ability to quickly change direction and focus
- Must be self-starter with ability to work autonomously
- Must be able to work in inclement weather outdoors
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be computer literate with strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to manage, develop and motivate staff; to include process improvement
