Job Summary
Conduct thorough on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients within the Temecula, CA territory, verifying VINs, mileage, and options while documenting exterior, interior, and mechanical components against Manheim standards. Safely locate, start, move, and return vehicles on dealer lots, identifying damage or missing features. Build trust with dealers through consistent quality and responsiveness, educating clients on marketplace value and proactively engaging to increase inspection volume. Submit daily activity and production reports using Salesforce.com and collaborate with Wholesale Specialists to support client success. Maintain a visible commitment to safety by following all health procedures and NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy. Work 100% of the time in a day shift with full travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes
- 100% travel
- Day shift
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Previous vehicle inspection experience
- Strong automotive knowledge (body and mechanical)
- 1 year of service with Manheim Inspections

- 0–1 years of automotive-related experience
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED
- 5 years' experience in a related field
