Job Summary
Vehicle Maintenance Shop Supervisor responsible for serving as the primary liaison with fleet managers to coordinate access to Civil Engineering Support Equipment and Material Handling Equipment, maintain schedules, and manage Government-Furnished Equipment usage. Maintain readiness during standard business hours, utilize Asset Works Fleet Focus software to record maintenance actions, track labor time, document parts ordered/installed, and record repair costs. Ensure compliance with safety, hazardous materials, and facility access regulations. Requires U.S. citizenship, a valid driver’s license, and five years of supervisor experience in automotive or military maintenance environments; Secret security clearance (not required for some contractor sites) is noted. Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Secret security clearance (Secret Clearance is not required for contractors working at the Poca, West Virginia facility)
- Five years’ experience as a Shop Supervisor at an Original Equipment Manufacturer automotive dealership, commercial automotive maintenance facility, or military Intermediate- to Depot-level maintenance and repair facility
