Vehicle Maintenace Controller

Maintenance / Technical Controller for Bristol-based Fleet Services: efficiently process high volumes of online authorisation requests and daily enquiries, issue order numbers, and determine RMT costs within guidelines to minimise costs while delivering excellent customer service. Authorise recharges/reimbursements to customers, maintain regular customer contact, and liaise with vehicle manufacturers on issues per after-sales policy. Build trust with customers/drivers, ensure SLA/KPI targets are met, stay updated on market and industry changes, and negotiate with service centres to achieve optimum value while sustaining beneficial relationships. Requires workshop experience and a mechanic qualification or equivalent, with a focus on clear technical communication and attention to detail.
