Job Summary
The Vehicle Logistics Agent Bilingual I is responsible for managing vehicle pick-up and delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction in a high-volume, service-oriented environment. This role emphasizes building positive relationships with stakeholders and reducing transport-related issues. Key responsibilities include supporting carrier schedules, fostering partnerships with field buyers, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Required skills include strong problem-solving abilities, professional communication, and proficiency in MS Office. A minimum of 1-2 years contact center or sales experience is necessary, along with being bilingual in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inbound/outbound sales or contact center.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior automotive experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CAD Software, and other software tools.
