Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor

Vehicle Inventory Reps travel to automotive dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets (logging VIN, equipment configuration, price, mileage) and complete audits of automotive repair facilities within a specified area. The role involves completing monthly vehicle inventories by deadlines, conducting visual inspections, and accurately documenting vehicle and audit information. Work is self‐scheduled for inventory tasks and audits are scheduled based on availability; the position offers mileage reimbursement, paid training, outdoor work in a casual environment, paid sick time, and new-hire incentives. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work daytime, weekday hours within a reasonable radius of the inventory route, with the ability to travel up to 220 miles for audit work. The role requires tablet-based applications for data submission and an ability to operate outdoors across varying weather conditions while maintaining data quality and meeting deadlines.
