Job Summary

Conduct assigned vehicle inventory at dealerships by logging VINs, equipment configurations, prices, and mileage, and perform audits at automotive repair facilities per OEM guidelines. Perform required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information to ensure timely, accurate data submission for reporting and market valuation. Work independently to meet quality standards and assigned monthly deadlines, utilizing tablet-based applications to complete tasks. This piece-rate role offers flexible self-scheduling for inventory work and reimbursable mileage for audit travel, with paid training and new hire incentives. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and daytime weekday availability.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Auto insurance
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit work
  • Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
  • Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments
  • Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access
  • Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Must have sufficient daytime, weekday availability during standard business hours
  • Must be able to travel to specific automobile dealerships
  • Must be able to complete audits of automotive repair facilities
  • Must be able to conduct visual inspections
