Job Summary
Conduct assigned vehicle inventory audits at automotive repair facilities and specific automobile dealerships by logging vehicle details including VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage. Perform required visual inspections while accurately documenting audit information in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines. Submit timely, accurate data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation while working independently to meet quality standards and deadlines. This piece-rate role offers flexible scheduling with self-scheduled inventory work and reimbursable mileage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit work
- Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems
- Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments
- Self-motivated
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a casual environment
