Job Summary
Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues, documenting condition and reporting problems that fall outside quality standards. Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently while performing basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues. Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools, then collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow. Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures. Schedule Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 6 PM, with a commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week including overtime based on business needs. Valid G2 or higher driver's license required; ability to drive automatic vehicles is essential, manual is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work part-time, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM - 6 PM
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Basic knowledge of cars or willingness to learn
- Valid G2 or higher driver's license with a clean abstract
- Able to drive automatic vehicles
- Comfortable using tablets or basic computer software
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to pitch in where needed
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
