Job Summary
Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues, identifying problems that fall outside quality standards. Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently while tracking inspection results using checklists and digital tools. Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow and perform basic troubleshooting for minor issues. Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures. This role requires evening availability Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, with a minimum G2 Driver's License. Required Qualifications
- Evening availability
- Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM shift schedule
- Minimum G2 Driver's License
- Clean driver's abstract
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to commute to Mississauga
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
- Able to commit to overtime based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
