Job Summary
Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer responsibilities include reviewing vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports, identifying damage and wear to meet guidelines and client requirements, ensuring reports pass internal quality control, collaborating with field staff to clarify findings, submitting timely, polished reports to support vehicle sales/valuation, and completing 20-30 condition reports daily. Must have basic car knowledge, be able to work outside in all weather, lift up to 20 lbs, and possess a valid driver’s license with regular attendance.
