Job Summary
Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues, documenting findings and reporting problems outside quality standards. Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely while performing basic troubleshooting for minor issues. Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools, then collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow. Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures while committing to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes accurately
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Basic knowledge of cars
- Valid G2 or higher driver's license with a clean abstract
- Able to drive automatic vehicles
- Comfortable using tablets or basic computer software
- Reliable
- Team-oriented
- Willing to pitch in where needed
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools
