Job Summary
Xtream Salesperson at BMW of Southpoint is responsible for increasing vehicle sales by generating leads through the Xtream software solution, targeting previous customers. Responsibilities include meeting dealership sales goals, running daily scrubs to generate leads for New/Used/Sales/Finance, greeting customers in the Service Drive, determining Xtream opportunities with service customers, engaging in business development, addressing customer concerns, following up with customers, using the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials, preparing Xtream reports and metrics, working with Sales Managers and Service Manager, maintaining CSI, keeping a clean and safe work area, and complying with company policies and core values. Requires excellent sales, negotiating, and interpersonal skills and a valid driver’s license; strong computer skills and knowledge of automotive sales processes are expected. Scheduled hours may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, negotiating, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of automotive sales industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
