Job Summary
Provide estimation services for an assigned auction area, including accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services. Communicate these estimates to maintenance, reconditioning, and other teams to initiate work, while collaborating with procurement staff to ensure accurate parts pricing. Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation, and customer communications related to approved estimates. Maintain records of repair details, complete necessary paperwork, and adhere to all safety and health procedures. Work a day shift with no remote option, requiring the ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles. Clear a pre-employment drug test and possess close, distance, and color vision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3 years of experience in a related field
- Any degree/certification beyond high school and 1 year of experience
- 5 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
- Close, distance and color vision
- Depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
- Ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
