Job Summary
Lead technical activities for ride and handling objective testing by supervising vehicle instrumentation, executing test programs in the proving ground, and directing Kinematics & Compliance test rig procedures. Conduct in-depth analysis of test data to derive actionable project insights, while scrutinizing existing testing procedures to improve efficiency and propose new chassis testing services. Collaborate with the Vehicle Dynamics Testing Manager to draft technical proposals and quotations. Requires an Engineering Degree, 1-3 years of vehicle testing experience, and full proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Mechatronics
- Demonstrated experience of 1 to 3 years in vehicle testing
- Experience in measurement technology and data acquisition systems
- Full working proficiency in English
- Full working proficiency in Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- expertise in vehicle dynamics or brakes
- Familiarity with CAN communication equipment
- Proficiency in NI Diadem or other data analysis tools
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Genuine enthusiasm for measurement data analysis, spanning from initial post-processing to the meticulous reporting of final results, especially pertaining to vehicle dynamics testing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- willingness to engage in global projects as required
- Proficiency in other languages, particularly German
