Required Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Automotive, Mechanical, or Control Systems Engineering
- Proficient MATLAB and Simulink
- Python scripting for data analysis and automation
- Experience with MIL/SIL/HIL validation
- ECU calibration tools (INCA, CANape) is a plus
- ISO 26262 awareness and technical documentation
