Job Summary
Deliver client vehicles safely using a flatbed truck across the region, operating directly to customers' front doors. Inspect each vehicle for cosmetic and mechanical issues to ensure quality service, while accurately completing paperwork and logging details in the customer tracking system. Resolve customer needs and address inquiries regarding warranty products to maintain satisfaction at every touchpoint. Assist team members with various tasks as necessary. Requires a Class 5 license, clean criminal background, and 3+ years of clean driving record. Minimum 40 hours per week availability with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience transporting vehicle
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Comfortable driving longer distances
- Have automotive experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Class 5 License
- 3 years of clean driver's abstract with no major infractions
- Clean criminal background check
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
