Job Summary
Carry out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems and prepare clear, cost-effective repair estimates aligned with insurer and manufacturer guidelines. Collaborate closely with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes, while communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress. Complete all documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry
- ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
- Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A detail-oriented individual who values accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity
