Job Summary
Steer Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to perform detailed, accurate damage assessments and prepare cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer/manufacturer guidelines, collaborating with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes. The role requires proven VDA/Estimator experience, Audatex proficiency, ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it), and strong communication, organisational, and accuracy-focused skills. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry
- ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
- Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
- Strong communication and organisational skills
