Vehicle Damage Assessor

Produce initial and updated vehicle repair estimates for insurers and customers, ensuring repairs are executed safely, to correct specification, and efficiently while maintaining profit margins. Plan workload effectively to meet agreed timescales and carry out assessments in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Work skillfully under pressure, adhering strictly to Health and Safety guidelines and required PPE while keeping work areas clean. Maintain VDA Accreditation and technical knowledge of ADAS and hybrid/electric vehicles, researching emerging automotive developments to inform future repair strategies. Collaborate within a multi-award-winning bodyshop team with minimal supervision. Full-time role in Cannock with 42.5 hours weekly; no weekends required.
