Job Summary
Sr. Vehicle Coordinator on the Global Logistics Event Team oversees event vehicle management from start to finish—including ordering, tracking, and ensuring timely transportation. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless operations while upholding compliance with company and client policies. Responsibilities include vehicle management, logistics & coordination, billing & compliance, documentation, vendor & dealership liaison, buyback processing, reimbursements, cross-team coordination, and adherence to DRIVEN values. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, 1–3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, detail orientation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Office setting with a flexible schedule; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated punctuality, attendance, and dependability
