Job Summary
Entry-level Vehicle Condition Associate responsible for inspecting Carvana’s wholesale vehicles for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns; using digital tools to document condition with exterior/interior photos; ensuring correct trim levels and features are recorded; and maintaining accuracy of vehicle documentation while working outdoors in varying weather. Duties include taking multiple vehicle photos with mobile devices, noting observed damage, and processing condition data for each vehicle in the wholesale inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years)
- Ability to use digital devices and mobile applications
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to drive frequently
- Ability to work outdoors continuously
- Ability to work in various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat
