Job Summary
Vehicle Check-In Specialist I at Manheim/Cox Automotive handles inputting accurate vehicle data into AS400 using handheld devices (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year/mileage/color/options), affixes barcode/stock stickers, assigns work orders, and installs OBDII tracking devices. Role requires guiding transporters to the correct drop zone, demonstrating safety practices, collaborating with safety leadership, and supporting sale days as needed. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm with weekends off. Requires a HS diploma or GED, able to stand/walk, lift up to 15 lbs, and valid driver’s license.
