Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and replace cameras and electronic monitoring systems for a fleet of commercial vehicles while traveling to truck yards and transfer stations across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Troubleshoot technical issues independently with limited supervision, utilizing the 3rd Eye Digital Platform and Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks and provide photo or video documentation via smartphone for dispatch updates. Maintain all work within a timely manner while adhering to core business hours of 2pm-11pm and an on-call rotation including weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on an on-call basis including weekends as needed
- Ability to work core business hours of 2pm-11pm
- Experience with installation and maintenance of electronic systems, particularly vehicle cameras such as dash and external cameras and other vehicle monitoring devices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and complete physically demanding work
