Job Summary
Vehicle Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include acquiring additional inventory for the dealership by purchasing customer vehicles, responding to leads via phone, internet and walk-in traffic, setting up dealership visits for appraisals, inspecting vehicles onsite, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the We\'ll Buy Your Car program. The role offers hourly pay plus a bonus per vehicle purchased and emphasizes driving customer-focused sales and service through strong communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, with opportunities for career growth within AutoNation.
Required Qualifications

- Extremely self-motivated

- Demonstrated communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience using technology
