Job Summary
Inspect returned vehicles, document visible damages with photos, and create work orders for repairs. Manage vendor check-in/check-out processes, coordinate logistics for maintenance, and apply barcode stickers to track units. Ensure rental vehicles meet customer specifications, order supplies, and handle full transactions including payments and paperwork. Flag vehicles for post-rental inspection, update agreement statuses, and support annual audits. Work in the Edmonton West location at Driving Force Fleet Solutions with a competitive hourly rate of $18.00. Requires clear pre-employment security clearance and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program
- Clear pre-employment security clearance

- Previous experience in customer service and automotive industry considered an asset
