Job Summary
Guide customers through the vehicle acquisition process after dealership appointments, build rapport, review vehicle information, assist with the appraisal and acquisition, explain market value and dealership opportunities, complete required paperwork, maintain records, and contribute to growing the pre-owned inventory. Training is provided; no cold calling and no vehicle sales. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience and securing mutually beneficial purchase terms within a fast-paced dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
