Job Summary
Develop and implement strategies to acquire pre-owned inventory in conjunction with Sales Managers. Utilize CRM and prospecting resources to identify, engage, and make cold contact with private parties and third-party leads. Oversee customer interactions, set appraisal appointments, execute acquisition paperwork, and refer buyers to Sales Associates. Review condition reports, determine wholesale and retail prices, and oversee vehicle inspections to make offers and close purchases. Collaborate daily with the General Manager, Used Vehicle Manager, and other dealership staff. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least three years of vehicle procurement leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
