Job Summary
Purchase quality pre-owned vehicles directly from customers through dealership appointments, service drives, internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in traffic. Build trust by providing a transparent, pressure-free appraisal experience, conducting walkarounds to evaluate condition, history, and market value. Negotiate purchases while maintaining dealership profitability, utilizing software, history reports, and auction data to determine accurate values. Partner with Sales, Service, and Management teams to identify opportunities, follow up on appraisals, and meet monthly acquisition goals. Stay current on market trends and inventory demands while representing Goodson Acura with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales, vehicle acquisition, appraisal, or customer service experience preferred
