Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

Vehicle Acquisition Specialist (Full-Time) hired to help grow dealership inventory by purchasing quality vehicles directly from customers. Responsibilities include contacting customers who request vehicle appraisals, responding to online valuation leads, scheduling and conducting in-person vehicle appraisals, meeting customers to inspect and evaluate vehicles, presenting purchase offers, negotiating professionally, and building relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. You’ll work with the Used Car Manager, maintain detailed CRM notes, follow up with previous customers, and collaborate with the service department to identify potential sellers. No automotive buying experience is required—extensive training is provided. Daily tasks combine phone outreach with face-to-face customer interactions, including documenting vehicle condition with photos and updating customer records.
