Job Summary
Identify potential vehicle acquisitions for Austin INFINITI's Pre-Owned Inventory and schedule customer appointments for appraisals. Provide approved offers to prospective customers, follow up on business opportunities, and communicate service advisor open ROs that could convert. Maintain daily contact with the Pre-Owned Sales Director regarding service appointments, sales staff opportunities, and follow-ups. Encourage customers to post online reviews of the experience. This full-time role includes Monday through Saturday hours with one day off weekly. Compensation is $21 per hour plus a unit purchase bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
- Effective communication

- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
