Job Summary
Acquire inventory for AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale by purchasing customer vehicles. Respond to incoming leads via phone, internet, and walk-ins; identify and engage private parties looking to sell; set up dealership appointments for appraisal; execute the We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process; review vehicle condition reports and inspect vehicles onsite; interact with customers throughout the day in person and over the phone to drive a positive customer experience and successful offers. Strong communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals, are valued for delivering a high-quality customer experience and supporting the dealership's inventory growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid In-State Driver's License and an acceptable, safe driving record
