Job Summary
Vehicle Acquisition Specialist role focused on acquiring dealership inventory by purchasing customer vehicles. Responds to leads via AutoNation and third-party sites, sets up appointments for appraisals, executes the We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process, reviews vehicle condition reports, and interacts with customers throughout the day to deliver a superior customer experience. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work with technology. Compensation is hourly plus bonuses and commission. Location: Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, United States. This role supports flexible hours and is commission-based within AutoNation’s DRVPNK initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work with technology
- Valid In-State Driver's License and safe driving record
