Job Summary
Obtain vegetables, beef, and onions from freezers or coolers, then weigh ingredients into batches for mixing or cooking. Assist with equipment setup during start-up and disassembly at day's end, operating machines like the Veggie Mixer, Watanabe, and Urshel Slicer. Verify all ingredients before use, maintain clean work areas per Good Housekeeping Procedures, and balance inventory using the FIFO method. Read and analyze production schedules and documentation to support specific production lines. Work Monday through Friday in 8-hour shifts starting between 4:15am and 6:00am, with occasional 12:30pm starts, earning $18.00/hour.
