Job Summary
Lead functional and technical requirements sessions to architect and document technical solutions for the Veeva Vault platform. Champion scalable, out-of-the-box design principles while translating business requirements into well-designed solutions that leverage the platform. Design and develop interfaces, provide detailed effort estimates from requirements gathering through deployment, and lead technical delivery of implementations including integrations. Act as a liaison between business teams and internal development staff, managing technical scope and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrate technical thought leadership by researching implementation options and adhering to modern SDLC best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
- 6+ Years experience in building Veeva Vault products based on industry best practices
- Experience with Veeva Vault Admin functionalities
- Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills
- Veeva Vault Certification is preferred
- Experience in Healthcare or Medtech domain with related compliance expertise is an added advantage
- Experience in Veeva PromoMats or related products is preferred
