Job Summary
Lead solution architecture and implementation governance for Veeva PromoMats and commercial platform integrations with Cristcot's Salesforce CRM. Serve as the technical subject matter expert to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable designs, overseeing configuration of document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, security, and deployment. Define integration architecture for content synchronization, publication status, and withdrawal controls while supporting promotional content migration and MLR process design. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to prepare solution diagrams, technical specifications, and SOPs, ensuring alignment with FDA requirements and 21 CFR Part 11. This 6-12 month 1099 contract requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of Veeva Vault experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Veeva Vault commercial solutions
- At least one end-to-end Veeva PromoMats implementation
- Hands-on experience with Vault configuration, document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, objects, security, reporting, and deployment
- Experience with PromoMats content migration and MLR process design
- Experience integrating Veeva Vault applications with Salesforce CRM
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other life-sciences commercial organizations
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, including CRM, customer engagement, promotional review, customer data management, sales enablement, and commercial analytics
- Experience supporting pre-commercial or commercial launch activities
- Knowledge of FDA promotional requirements, system validation practices, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed
