Job Summary
Conduct L2/L3 support for enterprise-scale Veeam Backup & Replication environments, performing backup failure troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Manage backup upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities while overseeing Tape Libraries including MSL and StoreOnce. Integrate backup solutions with AWS and Azure, ensuring SAN connectivity and storage environment stability. Handle escalations and coordinate with Veeam Support teams to resolve critical incidents in complex recovery environments. Requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with advanced troubleshooting skills. Located in Bangalore with a budget up to ₹14 LPA.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Veeam Administration
- Strong experience in Veeam Backup & Replication
- L2/L3 Support experience (L1 Monitoring profiles will not be considered)
- Expertise in backup failure troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Experience with backup upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
- Hands-on experience with Tape Libraries (MSL, StoreOnce, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAN connectivity and storage environments
- Experience integrating backup solutions with AWS and/or Azure
- Ability to handle escalations and coordinate with Veeam Support teams
- Experience managing enterprise-scale backup infrastructures
