Job Summary
VDC Technician to support multiple water/wastewater infrastructure projects in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include producing models, drawings, layouts and quantities using BIM/CAD, coordinating with design professionals, supporting on-site construction teams with VDC/Digital Delivery tools (AR/VR), and applying reality capture methods (laser scanning, drone data capture, point clouds). FAA Part 107 license required. Strong BIM/3D design skills (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Civil 3D) and proficiency with MS Office are expected. Degree requirement as stated above with 2+ yrs (or MS with 1 yr) of related experience; preferred background in water/wastewater and Autodesk BIM 360; compensation $28-$33/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or Construction Management, or related technical degree plus 2 yrs related experience; OR MS in Engineering/other highly technical field plus 1 yr related experience.
