Job Summary
Conduct Revit-based modeling of design plan sets and existing conditions point cloud data, focusing on architectural and structural elements. Review and coordinate existing plan sets or third-party models to ensure geospatial data relations. Collaborate with senior managers, project managers, and reality capture specialists on scope delivery and data flow while liaising with clients for coordination tasks. Attend coordination meetings for Feldman Geospatial related tasks. This role supports the VDC team alongside the 3D Services BIM and Reality Capture groups. Regular travel to work sites within the New England area is required.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of how to read construction documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associates Degree or equivalent of 2+ years industry experience
- Willingness to learn Revit with both internal guidance and self-driven training
- Must be able to lift approx. 25 pounds
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Regular travel to work sites within the New England area is required
Desired Qualifications
- AutoCAD, Navisworks experience a strong plus
