Job Summary
The VDC Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall VDC delivery from project initiation to completion, defining the scope based on project needs, and managing budget, schedule, and quality. This role requires developing and delivering BIM Execution Plans, driving the understanding and adoption of those plans by project teams, and coordinating resource allocation. The manager is expected to oversee the quality of deliverables, resolve issues, prepare documentation such as change orders and requests for information, and maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in VDC/BIM project management
- Ability to drive project planning and construction
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency with VDC deliverables and BIM Execution Plans
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
