Job Summary
VDC Manager at Skender responsible for leading and coordinating Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes across multiple projects. Lead model coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews using Revit and other modeling tools; support BIM Execution Plans; advance VDC standards and templates; align workflows with field tech and project management tools; provide training and support to project teams; participate in client coordination and presentations to drive innovative, high-quality model delivery from pursuit through closeout. Requires deep knowledge of VDC/BIM best practices, strong collaboration with project teams, trade partners, and clients, and 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, FARO, Navisworks, and Procore BIM tools; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
