Job Summary
Lead small internal and consultant teams on MEP projects with a hands-on approach, organizing operations to increase efficiencies and accountability. Partner with the VP and sales team on customer presentations, while contributing to BIM coordination, 3D Revit detailing, and AutoCAD deliverables. Analyze drawings to determine scope for cost estimates and proposals, then prepare and execute BIM Project Execution Plans. Act as Project Manager, managing team members and consultants, tracking hours, and monitoring KPIs to meet profitability targets. Provide technical leadership and mentoring across disciplines, delivering training to internal and partner teams to improve communication and operations. Identify technology best practices, develop workflows, and document lessons learned for design and construction strategies. Participate in hiring for technical staff and company meetings.
